Order Processing Time:
All orders require a preparation period of 3-5 business days from the date payment is received. Please ensure you place your order in advance to avoid delays.

Payment Policy:
A 100% deposit/payment is required at the time of placing your order.
Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.

Collection Policy:
Customers are responsible for collecting their order on the agreed date and time.
If you miss your scheduled collection date or time, you will be eligible for a 50% refund only. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover materials, preparation, and production costs. No Exceptions.
