To ensure every MmmDrinks product reaches you at absolute peak freshness, we require a minimum of 3 to 5 working days notice for all orders requesting delivery by a specific date. Please allow this grace period when placing your order and selecting your preferred delivery date.

All MmmDrinks orders are dispatched via next day delivery wherever possible. This priority service is designed to preserve the fresh quality, flavor and nutritional value of our Afro-Caribbean infused health based drink, ensuring you receive your product in its freshest state.
Postage & Packaging Costs
P&P charges are calculated based on delivery location and total order weight, as rates vary by distance and parcel weight.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As our beverages are freshly prepared, perishable consumable goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for drink products once dispatched.
This is to protect hygiene, quality and freshness standards.
* Please check your order details, delivery address and requested delivery date carefully before confirming your purchase.
* In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or faulty,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and items. We will review each case and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
For non-perishable merchandise and accessories,
we offer a returns policy as follows:
Eligibility
* Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
* Goods must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
* Personalised or custom made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
